Cancellation policy

Some items in our store are offered as pre-orders with a deposit. This cancellation policy explains how these purchases work and how you can cancel them.

Pre-orders and deposit-based purchases

Certain items, including The Raven High-Waist and The Raven Mid-Waist, are made to order and offered as pre-orders. When you place one of these orders, we collect a partial deposit of 50% at checkout, securely store your payment method, and charge the remaining balance before your order ships.

Production takes approximately four months from the date your order is placed. This timeline covers fabric sourcing and manufacturing, and is an estimate rather than a guaranteed delivery date.

Cancellation

You may cancel a deposit-based pre-order and receive a full refund of your deposit within 48 hours of placing your order. To cancel, email us at 83moons@gmail.com with your order number within that window.

After 48 hours, materials are committed and production begins, and your deposit becomes non-refundable. Once a made-to-order item has shipped, it cannot be returned or exchanged except in the case of a manufacturing defect.

If we are unable to fulfill your order, we will refund all amounts you have paid, including the deposit.
